1. Who we are
MysteryShirt B.V., trading as Golazo Shirts, located at Zwarte Woud 212, 3524 SL Utrecht, the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under no. 42015482, VAT no. NL859886840B01. You can reach us at info@golazoshirts.com and on +31 30 798 4018.
2. What these terms apply to
These terms apply to every offer in our web shop and to every contract that results from it. Before you complete an order, this text is available to you and you can save it. If anything in these terms conflicts with the law, the law applies, and the rest of these terms remains in full force.
3. The offer
We describe every shirt as honestly as we can: club, season, version, available sizes and condition. Photos show the shirt as accurately as possible, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. An obvious mistake or typo in a price or description is not binding on us.
Our stock is surplus stock. It can happen that a shirt or size is no longer available after you have ordered. In that case we will let you know within one working day and you will get your money back.
4. The contract
The contract is concluded when you complete the order and we confirm it by email. We may refuse an order or attach additional conditions to it, for example in the case of an incomplete address or a well-founded suspicion of misuse. If we do so, we will tell you why.
5. Prices and payment
- All prices are in euros and include VAT.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown separately.
- If a recommended retail price is shown struck through, it is the manufacturer's recommended retail price and not a price we previously charged.
- Payment is made in advance, using the methods available at checkout.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Let us know by email or using the model withdrawal form, and then send the shirt back within 14 days, unworn and with the tag still attached. The cost of return shipping is yours, unless we have made a mistake. The full procedure is on Returns.
If, during the cooling-off period, you handle the shirt more than is necessary to assess it, you are liable for the loss in value. Trying it on does not count; wearing or washing it does.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the address you have given, in the countries listed on our shipping page. Delivery times given are indicative. If delivery unexpectedly takes longer than 30 days, you may cancel the contract and get your money back. The risk of damage or loss during shipping lies with us until the moment you receive the parcel.
8. Conformity
What you receive must be what you could expect based on the description. If it isn't, you are entitled to repair, replacement or your money back under Dutch consumer law. These terms do not limit that right. Defects caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect washing or your own actions are not covered.
9. Complaints
Please report complaints within a reasonable time after discovering the defect, via info@golazoshirts.com. You will receive a response within one working day and we aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we can't, we will let you know, with a reason and an expected timeframe.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the consumer law of your own country. Disputes we cannot resolve between us will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
