Shipping and Delivery

We ship from Utrecht to the Netherlands and seven other European countries. Every order leaves with a tracking number.

Delivery times and shipping costs

The delivery times shown are the carrier's usual delivery times, counted from the moment your parcel is dispatched. They are not firm guarantees: around public holidays and at busy times it may take a day longer.

Who we ship with

We work with PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS. Which carrier takes your parcel depends on your destination and the size of the parcel, and is stated in the email with your tracking number. You can't choose a carrier at checkout.

When does my parcel leave

We ship on working days. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it.

If a shirt unexpectedly turns out to be out of stock, we'll let you know within one working day and you'll get your money back. We never leave you waiting for something we don't have.

Delivery

• Your parcel goes to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it carefully, as the address can no longer be changed once the parcel has left.
• If you're not at home, the carrier will leave a note or try your neighbours. After that, you can collect it from a pick-up point.
• We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Countries we don't deliver to

If your country isn't in the table above, you can't check out with us. That is a deliberate choice: we only deliver where we have delivery and returns properly arranged. We are expanding this step by step.

Something wrong with your parcel

Arrived damaged, or the wrong shirt inside? Email a photo to info@golazoshirts.com and we'll sort it out. You don't need to send anything back until we've talked it through.
