Returns and Exchanges

You have a 14-day cooling-off period, as the statutory right of withdrawal requires. If it doesn't fit or you don't like it, send it back. You don't have to explain why.

How it works

1. Within 14 days of receipt, email info@golazoshirts.com with your order number and which shirt you are sending back.
2. We'll send you the return address and a confirmation.
3. Send the shirt back within 14 days of that notification, packed and ready to ship.
4. As soon as we have received and checked it, you'll get your money back.

Conditions

• Unworn and unwashed, with the tag still attached.
• In the condition in which you received it. Trying it on is fine, wearing it is not.
• Preferably in or with the original packaging.

If a shirt has been worn, washed, perfumed or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund. We don't do that lightly, and never without telling you first and sending a photo.

Costs

Original delivery

Refunded, up to the amount of the standard shipping cost.

Return shipping

These costs are yours, unless we have made a mistake.

Our mistake

Wrong or damaged shirt delivered? Then we pay for the return shipping.

Refund

You'll get your money back using the same method you paid with, within 14 days of us receiving and checking your return. Usually a lot sooner.

Exchanges

We don't exchange directly, because your shirt could be sold to someone else in the meantime. If you want a different size, simply order it again and send the first one back. That way you know for sure your size is waiting for you.

Always let us know about your return by email first. A parcel that arrives unannounced can't be matched to an order, and then your refund takes longer.

You may use this form, but you don't have to: an email with the same details is enough.
