Who processes your data
MysteryShirt B.V., trading as Golazo Shirts, Zwarte Woud 212, 3524 SL Utrecht, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 42015482. Questions about your data go to info@golazoshirts.com.
What we keep and why
- Name and address
- To deliver your order and to issue an invoice. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Email address
- To send your order confirmation, tracking number and any replies to your questions. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Payment details
- These are processed by our payment provider, not by us. We only see whether a payment succeeded and which method was used.
- Order history
- To help you with questions, returns and warranty claims. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our statutory record-keeping obligation.
- Newsletter address
- Only if you sign up for it. Legal basis: your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
How long
We keep order details for seven years, because the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (Belastingdienst) requires this for our records. We keep your newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe. Emails about a question or complaint are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Who we share it with
Only with parties needed to carry out your order, and only with the data they need for that:
- The e-commerce platform this shop runs on, to store orders.
- The carrier, for your name and address.
- The payment provider, to process the payment.
- Our accountants, for the invoices.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on to third parties for advertising purposes. Where a party processes data outside the EU, this is done on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
- See which data we hold about you.
- Have it corrected if something is wrong.
- Have it deleted, insofar as we are not legally required to keep it.
- Object to the processing, or have it restricted.
- Request your data in a portable file.
- Withdraw your consent, for example for the newsletter.
Email info@golazoshirts.com and you will receive a reply within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
The entire shop runs over an encrypted connection. Only the people who need access to order details to help you have that access.
